Furnaces in India Indigenously. Today, Electrotherm caters to Ferrous & non-ferrous foundries and to various segments of steel industry. iz. Mini Steel Plants and Alloy Steel Plants through its wide range of Medium Frequency Induction Melting Furnaces from 10 kW to 14000kW.
 
Medium Freqency Induction Melting / Holding Furnace
These proven inverters are specially designed for large melting systems to suit individual requirements. Parallel tuned current fed invertors have the highest efficiency since the thyristor current is very low. Inverter thyristor can never reach damaging levels due to front end thyristorized converter act as fast current interrupter. Digital Controls provides capability of accurate power control at any desired level. Multi-Frequency operation of furnaces from the same source is also possible.
 
The current fed Inverter uses less number and variety of power components which ensures long life of components and easy maintenance resulting in high cost saving and increased productivity. Non sacrificial electrodes placed at strategic locations avoid electrolysis of copper components. Optional facility to interface with computer for remote operation and monitoring is provided.
